Two men were arrested in Leamington on Christmas Eve on suspicion of drugs offences.

At around 1pm on Thursday (December 24), two men were believed to be seen exchanging drugs on Russell Street.

A stop search was carried out and a large amount of suspected crack cocaine was seized.

A 42-year-old man and a 45-year-old man, both from Leamington, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.

They have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
