Leamington woman charged after a string of offences including stealing from a car

A woman has been charged in connection with a series of vehicle offences in Leamington after being arrested by officers in the South Warwickshire Vehicle Crime Team yesterday, November 5.

Camilla Lewitt, 28, of Windmill Road, Leamington, has been charged with one count of theft from a motor vehicle, four counts of interference with a motor vehicle and one count of theft from a shop.

She appeared at Coventry Magistrates Court this morning (Friday, 6 November), where she was remanded in custody to appear at Coventry Magistrates Court on 2 December 2020.

The charges come following incidents on Goldenacre Close, Montgomery Road and the Parade between September 29 and November 5.
