Duncan jets to title
The Leamington & District League came to a climax with the presentation and finals evening at The Railway Club.
Jet B’s Gerald Duncan beat Tony Smith (Priors Club) to pick up the league individual crown, while the open winner was Tony Madge, also of Priors Club, who overcame Phillip Wright (Jet B).
The Maggie Collins Pairs was won by T Wilson and L Simmons (Railway Club), who overcame Hope & Anchor duo L Massey and D Shepard.

Holly Bush were presented with the league crown, with Jet A having to settle for the runners-up spot, while the Binswood Tavern’s Sal Hopkins claimed the Ken Brierley Trophy for winning the league averages.
