Experience Bollywood at a discount

Bollywood dance fitness instructor Holly Denoon is running Just Jhoom! sessions at the Sydni Centre in Sydenham for 16 to 24-year-olds at a cost of £1.50 per class, after being awarded the grant by Sportivate. The classes take place on Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm until October 13.

Set to Bollywood music, sessions involve a mixture of fast-paced Indian dance moves and yoga-inspired exercises.

Holly said: “I am the only instructor in Warwickshire to offer these classes. They are safe, structured and appeal to those who have never attended exercise classes as well as those who exercise regularly.”
