Firefighters tackle farm fire

IN the early hours of Saturday morning a farm building near Leamington went up in flames.

Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service received the call at 2.20am about a fire at a farm in Southam Road, Radford Semele, near Ricardo.

Three fire engines were mobilised and arrived to find a stable block well alight.

They worked quickly to put out the blaze using water taken from nearby open water, hoses and jets.

Nobody is believed to have been hurt.
