PROPOSALS to build a new garden suburb at Gallows Hill in Warwick have now been viewed by visitors to the town’s St Nicholas church where they went on show last week.
Developers Hallam Land Management Ltd are keen to consult with local people, both in person and via their online website, ahead of submitting formal plans for 250 homes in March.
Warwick District Council’s Local Plan - also out for consultation - suggests some 10,800 new homes should be built between 2011 and 2029.
