Hide AdMusic to your ears gave year seven and eight students an insight into how sounds are detected by the ear, the difference between analogue and digital recording and the importance of harmonics and resonance when making music.
Engineering for life meanwhile gave year nine students a better understanding of how life begins and how engineering has made every-day processes easier.
A spokesman for the school said: ‘‘Our year nine students could really relate to the topic areas covered in the engineering for life show as it was presented appropriately for them. I would highly recommend Science Made Simple to any school.’’
