Helicopter used in missing person search in Burton Dassett Hills area.
Police used a helicopter over the villages of Fenny Compton and Northend to search for a missing person on Wednesday.
The helicopter helped to successfully locate the missing person in the area around the Burton Dassett Hills.
The aerial search lasted from about 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
A Knightcote villager, who watched the event from her house which has views of the hills, said: “I’ve lived here for 20 years and I’ve never seen anything like that before.”
