Kitchen fire in Warwick
TEN people had to be evacuated from their homes after a kitchen caught fire in Warwick yesterday (Tuesday).
Three fire crews were called to the scene in Cape Court, off Chandley Wharf, at around 8.30pm. They arrived to find the fire in a kitchen on the second floor of the four-storey building and safely evacuated the ten people who were inside.
The firefighters extinguished the fire in just over an hour.
