Knifepoint robbery in Leamington

A ROBBER threatened a man at knife point in Leamington last night.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the robbery that happened in Christchurch Gardens at around 9.15pm on Monday.

A lone male was threatened at knifepoint by a male on a blue mountain bike. He handed over a small amount of cash and the offender cycled off in the direction of Beauchamp Avenue and Clarendon Square.

The robber is described as a white male wearing a green adidas hooded top with white stripes down the arms, blue jeans tucked into white socks and black trainers. He was riding a blue mountain bike and had his hood pulled up over his head.
