Lucky escape in Stockton

THE driver and three passengers of this car escaped with minor injuries after it careered off a road in Stockton and overturned some way down an embankment.

Three ambulances, an air ambulance, the police and fire service were called to the junction of Napton road and Stockton Road in the village at around 3.10pm, to find the car upside down and the four people who had been in it at the time of the incident.

They were all treated at the scene for nexk and limb pain and taken to University Hospital in Coventry for assessment and treatment
