Containers may hold old research
I was interested to read the letter in last week’s Courier about the various items currently stored in containers following the sad demise of Bath Place.
The Leamington History Group grew out of a Heritage Lottery funded project which was based at Bath Place in the early days. In common with many groups we lost items as a result of the fire and when the building was subsequently abandoned as being unsafe.
I invite your un-named correspondent to get in touch with the secretary of the Leamington History Group on 424659 to let us know where these containers are sited and how we might have a look inside them to see whether they contain any items relative to the research that we did when we used the facilities at Bath Place.
