Council should tend to dangerous trees

Yes, maybe it is a good way to mark the Queen’s Jubilee to build a column but wouldn’t it be better for the council to cut down dangerous trees like the one by the church hall in Cubbington Road?

Every time I walk up there small branches have been blown down and someone like a toddler or elderly person is going to get seriously injured.

How long does it take to cut a tree down? They have cut some down around Leamington and Warwick. Surely with these high winds, the column can wait a few weeks. Lives come first in my book. - C. Betts, Hamworth Road, Warwick.
