Depressing to see building in that state
I think it was in 1946 that I first used the old library, and the art gallery ten or a dozen years after that. Fine buildings they are, and it has been depressing to see them, inside as well as out, so badly in need of care and probably extremely expensive renovation.
Now that the buildings are finally free I am delighted to hear of the plans of TAG Properties who did such a hugely sensitive job, of love as well as labour, on the Regency Terrace. - Mr R.P. Taylor, St Mary’s Terrace, Leamington.
