Thanks for your kindness
Around 9.30am last Thursday I mislaid my mobile phone wallet, containing debit card and driving licence whilst shopping at Sainsbury’s in Tachbrook Park.
On realisation I immediately returned from the car park and into the store to enquire as to whether anyone had handed it in, but to no avail. I returned home, angry with myself for being so careless and proceeded to cancel debit card and phone account. As the day went on I resigned myself that the wallet would be long gone. How wrong I was. About 8.15 the same evening, a very polite young Asian gentleman knocked on my door and after confirming my name he handed back my phone wallet intact. Thank goodness it contained my driving licence.
The point of this letter is to say a big ‘thank you’ to whoever you are, you’ve certainly restored my faith in human society.
