What impact on wildlife?

Regarding the ‘Masterplan’ for St Mary’s Land, has there been an environmental assessment to consider what impact these proposals will have on wildlife? For example what plans in place to protect the breeding grounds of the skylark?

It was quoted in the Courier that the existing caravan park will double in size, the golf centre will be developed and this will involve ‘digging up an established wildlife site and replacing it on another part of the parkland’. Presumably a sign will read ‘Skylarks this way’. Words fail me.
