Patient gets trapped in ambulance at Warwick Hospital
AFTER being thrown from a horse and taken to hospital in an ambulance, things got worse for one patient when they got trapped in the ambulance.
Warwick Fire and Rescue Service were called to rescue the patient from the ambulance at just after 5pm on Sunday evening.
The casualty had been thrown off their horse and had presented at hospital, but was complaining of neck and back pain.
Fire crews assisted the ambulance service to help release the casualty from the vehicle at Warwick Hospital.
Crews from Leamington and Kenilworth were in attendance.
