Peace festival games design
CHILDREN at Leamington Peace Festival this weekend will have the chance to design a computer game with a difference.
Researchers from the European project Siren are holding a workshop for children aged between ten and 12 to design a game that will help children learn to resolve interpersonal conflicts.
Those taking part will be able to design aspects of the game and play an early prototype. Families will be given a £30 Sainsbury’s voucher.
Up to eight children can take part on Saturday or Sunday. The workshop runs between 1pm and 5pm. Call 07796 143213 to book a place.
