Jack Macaulay has been planting and potting the seeds and leaving them at the doors of vulnerable villagers and also key workers during his daily walks with his family.

Jack's mum Faith said: "Every evening me, Jack and his little sister Ella go for a little walk around the village before heading back home to bed so we sat having a conversation about all the key workers and vulnerable people.

"Jack then remembered that he had lots of sunflower seeds and pots left over from what we had been doing during the week so he asked me if he could make some up and go delivering them to the doorsteps of the people we knew worked as key workers and who couldn't get out and about at this time.

"Being a very well known little boy of our village he was super proud of himself putting a smile on others faces, our local shop run by Ash and Nahaydh have gone out of there way to make sure our community has everything so Jack delivered a special one to them to show our appreciation.

"Being one very super proud mum I thought I would share his story with others."
