Sarah has been a nurse at Warwick Hospital for more than 40 years and she works in the frailty department.
A special surprise to Neale from Sarah was to arrive in a pink VW Beetle, with the rest of the family arriving in a pink VW Camper Van.
Because of Covid-19, Sarah and Neale's original plans were changed and changed again.

In his Mayoral year, Neale raised £4,562 despite it being cut short by two to three months by Covid.
This was split between his charities that included The Pam Brittain Trust for Dementia, Evelyns Gift, Safeline and SCBU.
Sarah Acklam, the Mayor's secretary said: "It was a pleasure to support Neale during his mayoral year, he was without doubt one of the most happy and dedicated Mayors I’ve had the honour to work with.
