Initially creating fitted tweed skirts, the range now includes jackets, gillets, dresses and accessories.

Though styles vary, each product is designed and tailored using British made fabrics.

“As the pandemic unfolded, it was obvious that the shortage of PPE for carers and NHS facilities could be assisted by individuals like us using our skills and machines to produce the much needed equipment. said Lisa.

“We are proud to be able to support the British care industry at this time.”

Bluebird Care Worcester and Wychavon is a homecare agency and one of the companies that Warp and Woof has been able to support with more than 600 facemasks.

Julie said: “It is vital that carers have sufficient protection while they are at work.

"We discussed the essential requirements in detail and have created double layered masks that are fluid repellent and can be washed at 60 degrees.”

In addition to items for those on the frontline, Warp and Woof are also making handmade masks for individuals that opt to cover their faces in public.

“A number of our customers have contacted us to say that they feel comfortable and protected in their masks but also enjoy that the designs have a splash of colour.

"We champion sustainable, British Made fabrics and in this turbulent time we feel is more important than ever.” said Lisa.
