Market operators, CJ’s Events Warwickshire are reassuring customers that it is business as usual for Kenilworth and Warwick markets, which provide fresh food and essential products for the communities.

Jamie Walker of CJ’s Events Warwickshire said: "We are working closely with all relevant authorities to monitor COVID-19 and are taking any necessary precautions to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our customers, traders and staff, but for now, it is business as usual.

"We encourage visitors to continue to shop at the markets and support our traders through this difficult time.

"The markets continue to be stocked with a range of fresh produce, pies, meat, and fish. You can also pick up essential items such as baked goods and even cleaning products.

"We are working and briefing traders with ways in which they can help stop the spread of the virus.

Kenilworth market runs every Thursday at Abbey End from 9am until 4pm and Warwick market runs every Saturday in Market Place from 9am until 4pm.
