Kenilworth churches appealing for community support for Christian Aid week

Churches of all denominations in Kenilworth and the surrounding area are working together for Christian Aid Week.

Christian Aid Week, which takes place from May 10 to May 16, and the churches are appealing for the community to support them.

Keith Grierson, chairman of Churches Together in Kenilworth and District (CTK&D) said: "There cannot be a door to door collection this year, so we have launched a local Christian Aid online appeal to help those in poor countries who are infinitely worse off than ourselves.

"Please give to those less fortunate with your customary and usual generosity.

"Please go to our Just Giving page and give as much as you can afford."
