Leamington based campaign group against knife crime has got national coverage just weeks after forming

Change Your Life, Put Down Your Knife! was formed by Ben Spann about four weeks ago and has now become one of the fastest-growing campaign groups in the UK.

The group has listed its objectives saying: "Our campaign objectives are to protect our future generations.

"We aim to do this with the support from our community, we need to help better our community programs, youth services., youth clubs, boxing and football academies, .

recording studios and radio stations so that kids in our community can showcase their talents.

"Our communities have so much more to offer than violence and street gangs.

"There are so many great kids who do some fantastic work.

"But this won’t work without the support of you all."

The campaign group is sponsoring a scheme called Gear Up to provide sports equipment for children in poorer areas.

And it has been posting educational podcasts on its Youtube channel.

It is also hosting a live tour event at Liverpool Street Station in London on Sunday September 20 from noon.
