Newbold RFC shave their heads to raise more than £6,500 to help the NHS battle Covid-19

Scores of members at Newbold RFC have shaved their heads in a fundraiser organised by the club to raise thousands to support the NHS.
At present the club has raised £6,660 for the NHS Charities Together - a group which gives £1 million to support the NHS.

Hide AdAs of yesterday, April 6, 37 members of the club had already 'braved the shave' , and the group is continuing in their efforts to raise as much as possible.
A spokesperson for Newbold RFC said: "Your contribution will make an impact on helping and supporting our NHS which is working hard battling against the coronavirus.
"Whether you donate a little or a lot, anything will help make a massive difference.
"Thank you in advance for your support."
