Police in Leamington are reminding people that the gates to Jephson Gardens shut at 5pm - after they had to rescue someone from the park last night (Sunday).
Officers said the woman was very cold when they came to her rescue at 7pm.
An officer said: "Tonight's public service announcement is a gentle reminder that the gates to Jephson Gardens in Leamington are locked at 5pm."
