Royal Leamington Spa Cycling Club riding to the rescue
Volunteers from the Royal Leamington Spa Cycling Club have been delivering prescriptions to self-isolating patients in Warwick and the surrounding villages.
Member Sam Harding first proposed the idea, with club chair Ray Holder organising and coordinating the volunteer effort.
Member Pete Davies’ wife Sarah, who runs the Budbrooke Medical Centre, carried out the necessary liaison with the various doctors’ surgeries.
