Water supply problems affecting residents in and around Barford

Some residents in and around Barford have been left with little or no water this morning (Friday).

According to Severn Trent's website the issue could also be affecting homes in Wasperton.

Severn Trent have said that they are investigating the issue and believe it could be caused by a burst pipe.

They said: "We’re aware that customers within the CV35 area of Warwick may be experiencing poor or no supply currently.

"We suspect that this is due to a burst pipe and our teams are investigating this further.

"We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing."

Severn Trent issued an update around 1pm saying : "Our teams have now located the issue and are working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible.

"We’re aiming to have supplies restored by 3pm today."
