Tributes paid to man killed along Europa Way

The family of an 18-year-old who was killed in a collision along Europa Way have paid tribute to a “caring son”.

Rowan Keavy from Moreton Morrell died in the early hours of September 30 after he was struck by a minibus at around 3:50am.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by ambulance crews.

His family have since paid tribute to the teenager, calling for help to find out what happened in his final hours.

A statement that read: “We know nothing will bring our gentle caring son back, but we would appreciate any information that can be given to the police investigation to help us understand why.”

His family have asked that their privacy is respected at this time.

Warwickshire Police wants to hear from anyone who saw Rowan on the night of Tuesday September 29 and into the early hours of Wednesday as officers work to understand his movements prior to the collision.
