Veterinary centres are collecting for animals
STAFF at a Warwickshire veterinary practice are hoping for some of festive generosity after launching an annual collection to help needy animals.
Avonvale Veterinary Centres, with surgeries at Warwick, Kenilworth, Wellesbourne and Southam, are seeking donations of food, blankets and toys for local pet rescue centres, such as Rough Collie Rescue, Avon Cat Rescue and Cats Protection, which the practice also supports through neutering and rehoming programmes.
Charity Christmas cards in aid of the Cinnamon Trust and Dogs for the Disabled are also available at the surgeries.
