Walking efforts raise £1k for four charities
Whitnash woman Marie Banner has raised £1,409 for charity by completing a sponsored walk around Southam, partly in memory of her late aunt Joyce, who had Parkinson’s disease.
She has donated £267 to the Stroke Association, £239.50 to Epilepsy Action, £296.50 to Mind and £246 to Parkinson’s UK.
Marie, who raised £531 by doing the same thing last year, would like to thank everyone who supported her.
