Record-breaking run from Simkiss clinches Hatton 5

Richard Simkiss broke the course record at the Hatton 5, which took place last Sunday on the undulating and uncompromising fields at Hatton Country World.

In the largest turnout since the race’s inception six years ago, Kenilworth Runners’ Simkiss held off the challenge of Richard Harper from Leamington C&AC to win the race in 27min 20sec.

Third place was taken by Phil Gould, again from the Runners.
