New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Coventry’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Coventry’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Glentworth Fish Bar, at 43-43a Glentworth Avenue, Coventry was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 16.

And Village fish bar, at 57a Bennetts Road North, Coventry was given a score of four on February 24.

It means that of Coventry's 310 takeaways with ratings, 196 (63%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
